Here are a few important things to know about my practice without having to read a 4 page legal document with a bunch of boring info :)

• Sessions will last about 50 minutes

• Cancellations under 24 hours will be charged a $60 fee unless there are extenuating circumstances (everyone gets one free late cancel-I understand things just come up sometimes)

• Sometimes you will feel worse before you feel better. This is normal; trust the process.
