$200 for Initial Diagnostic Assessment
$145 per individual or couples session
$175 for EMDR sessions.

Hope Counseling accepts most major insurances including but not limited to: Aetna, Bind Benefits, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Health Partners, Medica, and United Healthcare (UBH, Optum).

Your specific insurance plan determines the amount you will pay out of pocket for sessions.
I bill insurance $225 for the initial session and $185 for hourly sessions. EMDR is an additional $30 fee. The contracted rates with your insurance company determines the amount you actually pay.
